Heather<\/a> and I were talking yesterday about horsey things we just kind of always want.<\/p>\n

For me, it’s saddles.<\/p>\n

Now realize: I have one saddle. I don’t even really need<\/i> to have one saddle, since I have no horse, but I do.<\/p>\n

And the saddles I want aren’t even really practical saddles for how and what I ride. (Well, ok. The Stubben<\/a> and Wintec<\/a> VSD saddles would be kind of appropriate, given my discipline ADD…)<\/p>\n

I want a Western saddle of some flavor, because I don’t have one. I kind of want a sidesaddle, although I’m sure it will bring nothing but bruises and hilarity when I try it, lol. <\/p>\n

This bareback saddle<\/a> is kind of awesome.<\/p>\n

And then there’s the really out there stuff.<\/p>\n

I have always wanted a McClellan<\/a> saddle. (And maybe this Western one<\/a> too.)<\/p>\n

Why? Umm… no idea. I’ll let you know if I figure it out.<\/p>\n

I’m not sure what a Hardback trooper saddle<\/a> is, but it looks neat.<\/p>\n

And then there’s the “miltary saddle”<\/a>. That looks fun.<\/p>\n

And the Canadian style trooper saddle<\/a>, apparently.<\/p>\n

I’d like a Portuguese<\/a> or Peruvian Paso<\/a> saddle.<\/p>\n

I want this saddle<\/a> because it’s blue. *laugh* Well, and I’m curious about treeless saddles.<\/p>\n

Some of the endurance saddles are interesting…<\/p>\n

Oooh! Or some of the native costumes<\/a> for Arabians. This one<\/a> is blue too.<\/p>\n

What on earth would I do<\/i> with that many saddles?<\/p>\n

Umm… still trying to figure that out, too, really. Probably ride in them all once or twice, and then ride in one or two the rest of the time while the rest gathered dust, to be honest.<\/p>\n
